This five-day initial training programme introduces participants to dangerous goods requirements, hazard identification, labelling, and shipment documentation, with reference to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Who Should Attend?

This programme is intended for personnel involved in preparing, processing, and handling cargo, including:

• Shippers and packers: Staff preparing hazardous cargo for transport.
• Freight forwarders: Personnel accepting or processing general and special cargo.
• Operators and ground crew: Airline and warehouse personnel working in cargo handling, ramp operations, and storage areas.

• Dangerous goods identification: Learn how to find UN numbers and identify hazard classes.
• Labelling: Understand how to apply the correct dangerous goods labels.
